Terms of Service

By purchasing, commissioning, or using any artwork or digital files from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are written to protect both the artist and the integrity of the work while fostering a respectful and creative environment.

Use of Artwork

All artwork, commissions, and digital files are provided for personal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • No commercial use is allowed without the artist’s direct permission or a clearly defined commercial agreement.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or reproducing the artwork for profit is strictly prohibited unless authorized.

To maintain the integrity of the work and the values of the artist:

The artist reserves the right to refuse service, as well as to anyone engaging in harmful or disrespectful behavior.

  • No sexual content will be created, requested, or permitted.

  • No abusive, or not safe for work (NSFW) content will be created, requested, or permitted.

  • Absolutely no AI use involving the artist’s work. This includes:

    • Training AI models using the artwork

    • Feeding the artwork into image generators

    • Using the artwork as AI “style” references

    • Recreating or modifying the artwork using AI tools

Any violation of this policy constitutes an immediate breach of these terms.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are made in 2 installments:

  • The first installment consists of a “sketch” phase, indicating the work is in development. The first installment amounts to a total of 50% of the original agreed price.

  • The second installment concludes the service and the delivery of the artwork as agreed by the artist and the customer, where the remaining 50% is paid in full.

  • Refunds are available at the artist’s discretion.

  • Refunds requested after the first installment will result in a 25% refund of the original first installment payment.

  • Once final artwork is delivered on the agreed terms, refunds are not issued.

  • If the artist is not able to complete the artwork for any reason, then the customer is guaranteed a 100% refund.

Turnaround & Revisions

  • Estimated deadlines will be communicated, but slight delays may occur depending on project complexity.

  • Revisions are limited as stated in the commission agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed artwork may incur extra cost.

Copyright & Ownership

  • The artist retains full copyright and moral rights to all artwork produced.

  • Clients receive usage rights only as defined in their purchase or commission agreement.

  • Clients may not claim the artwork as their own creation.

    Digital File Handling

    • Digital files are provided as-is.

    • Redistribution, uploading to third-party databases, or altering files without permission is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the artwork or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
